I Made it Mondays...

I made this little giraffe box for my niece Paige

who is about to have her first baby.

She really wants to name the new bebe Rowan
but her husband isn't so much on board yet.

 I added the little R scrabble piece so

hopefully Jordan climbs on the boat

or they'll simply have to think of another "R" name...

...because the box stands :)

Taking over...

While preparing for 2 craft shows

(that are so quickly approaching)

I have slowly taken over the front room

AND

 the dining room...

Good thing we aren't fancy people

AND those rooms never get used anyway...

(trying to make myself feel better about the hoarders delight that is occupying said rooms)

I Made it Monday...

I made this little Humpty Dumpty 

out of paper mache.

I printed out the words of the nursery rhyme

and then mod podged them to the egg.

Then dressed Humpty up with 

paint, old book pages, chenille stems and felt.

I made his "wall" out of vintage dominoes .

He's quite the dapper Dan...

Bijou Market...

A few weeks ago

I applied to be in a local handmade craft show...

I just got an email saying

"Welcome to Bijou Market"

I'm soooo excited...
